Kulper AI Systems matches the applicable manufacturer warranty term for each component in your system. If a part has one year of cover, you receive one year. If it has three or five years, that part keeps the longer term, subject to its warranty conditions.

Contact us about a covered hardware fault and we coordinate the claim. Your quote will list each component's term, coverage start date, repair or replacement process, and any labor or shipping terms. Hardware cover applies to both managed and self-managed systems.

These are examples, not a fixed bill of materials or one warranty for the whole machine. We confirm the selected brand, model, supply channel, intended use, and delivery region before quoting.

RAM, CPU, motherboard, power supply, cooling, and each SSD can carry different terms. Longer registered or purchased extensions apply when explicitly included in your quote. Coverage on one component does not extend the warranty on every other part.
GPU terms also depend on use: NVIDIA's GeForce Founders Edition warranty excludes datacenter use and commercial GPU-cluster deployments. We check the chosen supplier's terms for your installation. Read NVIDIA's GeForce conditions.
Ongoing model management, on-site support, and response-time commitments are separate services. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Each component receives the applicable manufacturer warranty term stated in your Kulper AI Systems quote. A component with one year of coverage receives one year; a component with three or five years retains that longer coverage, subject to its stated terms.

Contact Kulper AI Systems first. We coordinate the claim for the affected component. Your quote will identify coverage, start dates, the repair or replacement process, and any labor or shipping terms.
Does self-management remove the hardware warranty?
No. Hardware coverage is included with the system whether you choose our management service or manage it yourself, subject to the component's warranty conditions. Ongoing software management and service levels are quoted separately.
