YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language.

Quote requests

When you request a quote, we store the contact details, company information, system configurations, and notes you provide. We use them to prepare and discuss your request, sourcing, delivery, installation, and any selected services.

Contact messages

When you send a message through our contact form, we save your name, email address, optional company name and message so our team can respond. We use Amazon Simple Email Service to deliver the message to our team. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your saved configuration

An essential session cookie connects this browser to your cart and quote preferences. Signing in saves your cart to your account.

Optional analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they move between kulper.com and kulper.ai. Google receives information such as the page address, browser and device details, and a cookie identifier. We do not send your email address, enquiry text or calculator inputs as analytics events. Advertising features are disabled.

Analytics stays off until you allow it. We remember your cookie choice in this browser for six months, separately on each website. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Essential only stops future analytics collection and removes our Google Analytics cookies from this site. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes data.

Customer accounts and orders

Creating an account stores your name, email address and a one-way password hash. We store your order configuration, delivery address, phone number, totals, payment status, build progress and tracking details so you can manage your order. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. This local test store simulates payments; it does not collect card details or send payment data to a processor.

Reseller applications

When you apply to become a reseller, we store your business and contact details, website, markets and application notes. We use them to review your application and contact you about a potential reseller relationship. Your password is stored as a one-way hash, and an essential session cookie supports reseller sign-in. Applying creates an account to track your application; it does not approve reseller access or subscribe you to marketing emails.
