We confirm your delivery date, assemble and test the system in our local offices, and preload the models you choose. Your system arrives ready for setup.
03 · DELIVER & INSTALL
UPS delivery. Your choice of setup.
UPS shipping with tracking is available for suitable systems and destinations. Connect your plug-and-play system using our guide, or choose installation by our team. We confirm shipping costs and arrange specialist transport where needed for larger rack systems.
04 · CONNECT YOUR TEAM
Clients, accounts and permissions
Install the required clients, create user accounts and give each person access to the appropriate models and tools. Follow the supplied instructions or complete this with our team.
05 · START USING IT
Your AI is ready for work
Your team signs in and starts using the chosen models. Manage the system yourself or choose ongoing maintenance, model updates and support, quoted separately.
What should you have ready?
Your delivery country, preferred models or use cases, number of users, and any hardware or API costs you want to replace. For a rack installation, include cabinet depth, available rack space and power details. If you're still deciding, call us and we'll work through it with you.
Purchase, finance and lease enquiries are welcome. Final component availability, delivery times, installation costs and finance terms are confirmed in your quote.
